Organised Just A Minute ( JAM ) session in Association with student induction Programme (Dheeksharamb) .Purpose of Student Induction Programme is to help new students adjust and feel comfortable in the new environment, inculcate in them the ethos and culture of the institution, help them build bonds with other students and faculty members, and expose them to a sense of larger purpose and self exploration. Just A Minute session helps students to develop confidence by challenging them to speak in a light-hearted setting, but in front of an 'audience' of their classmates and their teacher.. Session was oraganised by PG Department of English language and literature. Session was coordinated by Shruthi B Nair. Students felt comfortable with the new environment through the session. The session was aimed to bring each and every student forefront and to make them vanguard in the classroom . The session was conducted on 28th June 2019 at 9:30 to 12:30 pm. More than thirty students actively participated in the programme and also they conveyed their positive feedback to the organizer followed by the session.
