Overview

The Grievance Cell of Gems College typically follows a systematic approach, ensuring that complaints are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions are taken. It acts as a bridge between the aggrieved party and the management, facilitating communication and conflict resolution. Confidentiality is a key aspect, ensuring that individuals feel comfortable coming forward with their concerns without fear of reprisal.
This cell often plays a preventive role as well, identifying systemic issues that may be contributing to grievances and recommending changes or improvements to address underlying problems. In doing so, it contributes to the overall improvement of the work environment and organisational effectiveness.
