These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of GEMS Arts and Science College – Autonomous ("GEMS", "the College", "we", "us", or "our"), including all content, features, online admissions/application forms, and services made available through it (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, submitting an admissions enquiry or application, or otherwise interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give prospective and current students, parents, staff, alumni, and the general public information about GEMS Arts and Science College, including our programmes, admissions process, campus news, events, and departments. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Admissions & Applications

• Submitting an enquiry, application, or admission form through the Site does not guarantee admission to any UG or PG programme. All admissions are subject to the College's official eligibility criteria, merit lists, entrance requirements, and the norms of the affiliating University / UGC.
• Information published about programmes, fees, seats, and eligibility on the Site is for general guidance and may be updated or revised by the College at any time without prior notice. The official prospectus and admission notifications shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
• Any documents, fees, or personal information submitted as part of an application must be accurate and truthful. The College reserves the right to reject an application or cancel an admission where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3. Accounts & Information Accuracy

Where the Site allows you to submit forms, create login credentials, or register for events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep any login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or credentials
