Sheeja Principal scientist, Dr.Ishwara Bhat, Principal Scientist & Dr.R.Sivaranjani Scientist from ICAR-IISR Kozhikode ,Mr. M.Vasudevan  Vice  Chairman, , Dr.Balagopalan Unni Director, Academic & research and Dr.Naveen Mohan Principal of the GEMS Arts & Science College  attended  the  meeting, and signed  the MoU on 6th August 2025 at ICAR-IISR- Kozhikode .

The programs and the activities to be undertaken by both the institutions are as follows :Student mobility and  mini project and short term training  programs; ,Academic programs collaborations; ,Joint publication and research activities; Scholarly activities such as courses, seminars, trainings, conferences, and symposiums jointly organized by either of the Parties and other activities and programs as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The term for partnership between the two institutions  shall be for  five (5) years from the date  of signing the  MOU.  GEMS Arts & Science college  has signed quite a number of MoU between the R&D institutions and Universities within India and International so far .Such collaboration with the institutions & universities certainly improve the quality of the education system in both academic & research fronts  at a very high level, and that is the ultimate goal , informed  by the Director, Academic & Research in the press release
