While the world is getting accustomed to the new normal, enforced by COVID-19, stress levels of students have substantially increased and which causes many physical and mental problems among them. There for stress management among students is very essential in this situation. In view of this, On 22 nd June 2021, National Service Scheme of GEMS Arts and Science College conducted a webinar entitled “COVID STRESS BUSTERS” with the collaboration of VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL, KOCHI. The program lead by Dr. Xavier PJ, HOD and Sr. Consultant - Psychiatry and De Addiction Department VPS Lakeshore Hospital Kochi and took place over a 2 -hour period. He discussed about various stress buster methods and importance of vaccination. Moreover students clarified their doubts regarding various stress busters and covid vaccination. In this program Mr Vasudevan, Vice - chairman GEMS College and Mr. Junaid V, NSS Program Officer were also participated.
